This month's winner of our coveted Employee of the Month mug is Megan Carthy, our Content & Marketing executive.
Megan works on our Sales and Marketing team and helps employees across the business with content and thought leadership ideas. She was nominated by her colleagues after quickly making her mark on ClickThrough's own marketing output in her first three months with the business.

I’m the in-house Content & Marketing Executive, so I help ensure ClickThrough’s messaging is on brand and that we’re shouting about the great work my colleagues are doing.

WHAT DO YOU INTEND TO SPEND YOUR WINNING VOUCHER ON?
I’m going to spend it on Etsy, so I can choose a small business to pass my winnings along to. I've got my eye on a new notebook and fountain pen that I can use to plan the relaunch of my own, personal blog!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT CLICKTHROUGH?
The people. I’ve been working remotely since starting so have only seen 7 of my colleagues in real-life (4 of these a long time ago in a past job!) but it’s not felt any different to being in a real office.
